Drill undelay material is made of a proven mixture of quick growing conifers which are decomposed into fibres and perfectly cleaned. Having passed through a high-pressure flat press, the wood fibre boards remain for a certain period in a climate controlled conditioning chamber. After a multi sanding process the boards are coated with cured urea/melamine resin papers. Drill underlay material is recommended for drilling and routing high tech pcb, multilayers, etc. It provides a number of features and advantages over conventional MDF-boards or phenolic boards. Drill undelay material is formated to 150 x 220mm in accordance with 4MILL machines requirements, but we can deliver different formats on request.
