Benchtop Reflow Oven HR-11 with touch screen display.
Works independently or in conjunction with a PC via the HRWin program.
Linear, saddle and drying profile + 4 external thermocouples for recording the temperature profile

Reflow oven with IR and convection heating. Uniform heating of the PCB is ensured by forced convection of hot air. The PCB is fixed to adjustable holders in a grid connected to the door. After opening the door, the fans located under the grid quickly cool the PCB.

Work procedure:
The oven can be connected to the network and the exhaust can be connected to outlet to Exhaust unit FE-10. After switching on, the oven offers the option to start the last used profile, or select another profile from the menu, or create a new profile. If we are still using the same profile, it is enough to control the oven with 3 buttons next to the display. Using the built-in display, we enter and view the set parameters, monitor the process and temperature progress and the indicative graphic progress.

To create a new profile, we can use the built-in touch display or, after connecting to a PC, the supplied HRWin program. In the HRWin program, we can see the instantaneous temperature progress on the graph and we can save this progress. We can also archive the profiles stored in the oven and view the archived progress.

The advantage of the single-chamber reflow oven is the possibility of setting a separate temperature profile for each board, while the maximum soldering time is practically unlimited. HR-11 allows you to enter 3 types of programs

- Saddle - sets the times and temperatures of preheating and reflow

- Linear - the temperature increase is set separately in each of the 6 segments

- Drying - maintains the set temperature for up to 16 hours

The preheating time and temperature, reflow time and temperature, or other parameters are programmed. The programs are stored in the oven memory and can be backed up to a PC using the HRWin program.
