4MILL300 - COMPACT PCB PROTOTYPING

Product detailed description

Compact Professional PCB Milling Machine

Bring professional PCB prototyping directly into your laboratory.

The 4MILL300 is a compact bench-top PCB milling machine designed for schools, universities, electronics laboratories and engineering teams that need to manufacture PCB prototypes directly in-house.

It supports milling and drilling of single-sided and double-sided PCBs, precise isolation routing, PCB outline cutting and other light machining operations without requiring chemical etching.

Built for Fast In-House PCB Prototyping

The 4MILL300 combines precision mechanics with a high-speed 60,000 RPM spindle to produce prototype PCB structures directly from prepared manufacturing data.

Tool changes are quick and straightforward. The 4MILL300 uses a convenient Push & Turn tool-change system, operated directly from the top of the spindle. Milling and drilling tools can be released and secured by hand, without wrenches or additional tools.

The machine can drill holes from 0.2 mm and mill isolation paths down to 0.1 mm, making it suitable for standard THT boards, SMD prototypes, antennas and a wide range of engineering applications.

No Chemical Etching Required

PCB patterns are created mechanically by precision milling. This provides a clean laboratory workflow without the chemical handling associated with traditional prototype etching processes.

Integrated Dust Extraction System

Milling and drilling PCB materials generates fine machining particles that should be removed directly from the working area.

The 4MILL300 features an integrated dust extraction system designed to remove particles directly from the machining area. For operation, the system is connected to an external dust extraction unit.

For a fully integrated setup, the machine can be combined with the MIPEC DEU-400 Dust Extraction Unit , developed specifically for MIPEC 4MILL PCB milling machines.

Automatic Extraction with DEU-400

When connected to the MIPEC DEU-400, dust extraction can operate automatically together with the milling spindle. The extraction unit starts when machining begins and switches off when the spindle stops, eliminating the need for separate manual control.
